We come here just for the amazing service Evelyn provides! 🐈‍⬛ She's the hardest worker and ambassador for this store and its critters! You can tell how much she loves animals by how the birds just love her, she makes us want to buy every one of them. Evelyn is a one in a million gem and we will come across town to shop here just because of her awesome service. If you need anything or have any questions, just ask for Evelyn!

I have a ball python that i purchased from here, she’s a very healthy snake and the workers were so knowledgeable about the animals and helpful with questions, they let me hold her before i got her and the worker handled her so well. i come here every week for her mice and always tell the workers it’s for beans, which was her name before i adopted her, and last time i went in i told them it was for her and all the worker told me to bring her back cause they miss her😭 i’m going in today and i’m bringing her with me, i’ve brought my emotional support dog and they loved him so much they even gave him a treat. so glad my family found this place <3

Hi I brought a tank starter kit yesterday it was quite pricey. Anyways i woke up for a midnight snack and checked on the turtles only to realize i had a puddle of water on my floor. I still have my receipt can I come in for an exchange on a 20 gallon tank? The picture is 5 mins after I cleaned up the leak. 5 stars for exchanging my tank with proof of receipt. I appreciate yall I’ll be back for more turtles.

Tony is an awesome asset to this store, he took the time to help us when my sons frog was sick . He really look into what we should do and thanks to him the frog is getting better. Thanks again Tony you are just awesome!!!!!!

As a pet parent, this is a GREAT PLACE TO SHOP! I have one pet with a lot of allergies and was given a list of foods she could eat. New medium size pups, given advice and lots of support. Been a few times and love the clerks, they all seem to love their job and love helping customers. Prices are comparable to other locations.

This is my favorite pet store ever! Evelyn greets me by name when I come in and knows just what I'm looking for. They even opened an entire shipment of boxes searching for my rabbit's fave hay topper! Their selection is perfect for my needs since I have 5 cats and a rabbit, plus they're right next to Safeway where I grocery shop! Couldn't ask for better placement. I highly recommend this store for anyone with a variety of pet needs.

When it is decision time for finding the safest and the priced correctly feed and supplements from friendly helpfully people you don't expect all of these elements to be accessible so easily. The crew - the product and clearly an excellent process pours from the hearts of the staff of this gem in Modesto. Their front door should say we love you because clearly they do. Thank you to everyone here at this location you should all get bonuses and perhaps a trip to the mountain winery for the concert of your choice - Samuel (Modesto Network).

My daughter and I love this place. We got her hamster here and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with everything and the hamster is healthy and happy. They helped with picking Housing, feed, bedding etc. This is the only place we go now for supplies. It's fun to play with the cats and parrots also.

Best pet supply store around. The staff are super helpful and friendly, knowledgeable about products and dietary concerns regarding your pets. They even help carry out heavy kibble bags to your car if you need it. Awesome people.
